Service Area
Our service area includes Los Angeles County.
North: Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Granada Hills.
South: Long Beach, Torrance, Carson, San Pedro, Manhattan Beach,
Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Whitter, Compton, Inglewood, South Los
Angeles, Crenshaw District.
East: Alhambra, Arcadia, Azusa, Diamond Bar, El Monte, Glendale,
Pasadena, San Gabriel, Temple City, West Covina.
West: Culver City, Santa Monica, Century City, Beverly Hills,
Marina Del Rey, Westwood.
Cost
L.A Care Provider provides care on a fee-for services basis. Your
insurance may provide complete or partial payment. Cost and payment arrangements
will be discussed by the staff during first home visit. In cases when only
a portion of the cost is covered by these programs or patient is not eligible
for assistance thru these programs, the patient will be billed for the services
provided. We accept:
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Private Insurance
- Private Pay
* For those with financial difficulties we offer sliding scale or outside
referrals.
